Bought queen sized grey shade wood and metal hybrid cot along with ortho mattress. The cot is very stylish and sturdy. However, I wish the empty space under the headboard could have been avoided as my toddler slips her legs or hands into the space and I have to keep covering the space with pillows or clothes so that she doesn't fall and get struck. Hope the team modifies this.
The booking & delivery process was smooth but I had great trouble in installation as the products were lying around in my house with very little space to move around and installation did not happen on the dates are promised. However, after repeated complaints, when finally the local chennai branch was informed, the installation was done the very day and it was again a good service from Chennai team. Hope the customer service team improves in this as Nilkamal is a trusted brand and people would definitely want to have a very peaceful service.
